| Due to the size of our facility and the service that we pride ourselves on, we do have seasonal rates for our peak times.
Please note: we do have a maximum capacity of 100 guests in our ballroom for a buffet or plated style wedding reception. We cannot serve a capacity beyond this number. In order to reserve your event date, a $2,000 non-refundable booking fee and an authorized Lodging Agreement will be required. You may provide the booking fee by check or credit card. The booking fee will be applied to your final catering bill. Payment of the total event bill is due 30 days prior to the date of your event. In the case of any overpayment, a refund will be sent to you promptly. Last minute adjustments of balance or additions shall be due upon departure. Room Blocking We are happy to set up a room block for your guests however we must have a signed contract and deposit prior to setting up a block of rooms. It is necessary that reservations in the form of a rooming list or individual reservations be received 30 days prior to the group arrival date. All rooms remaining in the block on the cut-off date will automatically be released back to the hotel and reservations will be taken on space availability only. Check-in time is 4:00pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00am on day of departure. |
